Jae French
Sculptress, Producer

Jae French is a sculptress who has exhibited extensively in the United States and abroad. Jae has staged 39 exhibits in eight countries. Her sculpture work is participating in Milestone for Peace, a traveling exhibition visiting eleven countries over a nine-year period that will terminate as a permanent exhibition at the Jerusalem Art Museum. Jae’s work has appeared in the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Brooklyn Museum of Art, as well as in a number of embassies around the world. Jae has been listed in The World's Who's Who of Women, Who's Who in American Women, Who's Who in International Artists, and Two Thousand Notable American Women, among others. Photos and text about Jae’s works can be seen in Sculpture Beginnings, a textbook used for secondary education classrooms, and The Sculpture Reference Book, published by Davis Publications. Jae has appeared The Joe Franklin Show (WOR-TV) discussing her work, and has been the subject of two local cable television programs: The Making of a Successful Artist and The World of Jae, subsequently released on video by Gurnieri Film Production. Jae is also a Theatre Producer (Broadway, Say Goodnight, Gracie), and has served as Associate Producer of the Drama Desk Awards. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Dicapo Opera Company, a Board member of History of the Word, and founder of the Jae’s ARC Foundation. Jae earned a degree in Accounting at Pace University. She joined the Stageplays Theatre Company Board in 2007.
